Gregory J. McElroy, President Gregory J. McElroy, Hanson Gregory Consulting’s founder and President, has over twenty-five years of human resources experience in complex, matrixed organizations addressing recruitment and staffing, organizational change, policy development and implementation, diversity, and work/life issues. Immediately prior to forming Hanson Gregory Consulting, Mr. McElroy was the Corporate Manager of University Relations & Recruiting for Northrop Grumman Corporation, leading the effort to effectively standardize and consolidate campus efforts across the enterprise. He also served as Sector Director - Staffing for Northrop Grumman’s Information Technology business unit. Before joining Northrop Grumman Greg held human resource leadership roles with Constellation Energy, a Fortune 500 energy company, as the Director of Strategic Staffing; with KPMG LLP, as the National Director of Recruiting – Assurance, and as the National Director of Recruiting - Strategy & Operations; with Watson Wyatt Worldwide, an international human capital consulting firm, where he was the Director of Staffing & Selection. Earlier in his career Greg held progressively more responsible HR roles at JP Morgan, Kidder Peabody, and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Greg is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington DC, and has attended numerous industry seminars, conferences, and training programs, including an executive management program designed and conducted at the Harvard Business School.
